“物竞天择,适者生存”。竞争无处不在。

竞争犹如花园中的一株玫瑰,既有娇艳芬芳的花朵,也有锋利坚硬的尖刺。

有了竞争压力也随之而来,有竞争才会有进步,有压力才会有动力,生活因压力而精彩。

然而,面对压力,我们应该怎么做呢? 

    Here are some suggestions for ways to deal with stress.

 *** Try physical activity

   When you are nervous, angry or upset, try letting out the pressure through exercise or physical activity.Running, walking, playing tennis are just some of the activities you might try.

 ***Take care of yourself

   You should make every effort to eat well and get enough rest. If you easily get angry and not sleep well enoug, or if you are not eating proberly, it will be more likely that you will fall into stressful situations.

 *** Share your stress

  It helps to talk to someone about your worries. Perhaps a friend, family member, teacher or even a leader can help see your problem in a different light.

 *** Make a list of things you need to do

   Making a list of everything you have to do, then doing one thing at a time if you feel that “there is much to do and not enough time”

 *** Go ahead and cry

   A good cry can be a healthy way to bring relief to your anxiety. It might even help you avoid a headache or other physical effect of anxiety and stress.
